Middle Harbor Park 24 x 30
Here is a commission recently completed for an Oakland collector. He had recently moved to a new office, and was looking for artwork that would fit his new environment. After meeting to talk about which paintings he liked, and what attracted him to the work, we visited the office to view the space, and agree upon a size and color palette. He was particularly fond of visiting a nearby shoreline park, and wanted something evocative of that place. After a visit to the park, and making some sketches, a painting was begun. Upon receiving the finished painting, he said:
".......it is what I was hoping for, really, nice work!!"
That is just what I was hoping for too.
